Carb Challenge (Testing is done at breakfast)

Since measuring food in volume measurements can be inaccurate, weighing is recommended. If you do not have a food scale, this table shows foods that are roughly equivalent to 50g of effective carbs. Remember, we are not adding any other foods to this as we are simply testing.
